7-day returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to arrange pickup.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the return reaching us — to your original payment method, or by UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.

Not returnable

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless defective.
